Open enrollment on HealthCare.gov opens Sunday, Nov 1 and runs through Jan 15, 2027, with Dec 15 the deadline for Jan 1 coverage. State-based exchanges may set different dates. This week is the last chance to sharpen up before the phones start ringing.
