Ambetter is mailing 2027 renewal letters to members through Oct 31, 2026. There are two kinds: a continuance letter, which means the member's plan is renewing, and a discontinuance letter, which means the plan is ending and the member must pick a new one for 2027.
Ambetter also ran 2027 product training by state, covering the new plans, the My Health Pays rewards program and Virtual 24/7 Care.
